Trenza de manzana

 

TRENZA DE MANZANA

 

Los potitos vegebaby sirven para alimentar directamente a los más pequeños de la casa pero además se pueden utilizar para cocinar con ellos.  Desde Vegetalia te queremos ofrecer sabrosas recetas utilizando los potitos infantiles, como esta trenza de manzana que te va a encantar. Un postre muy rico que les encantará a niños y mayores por igual.

 

INGREDIENTES TRENZA DE MANZANA:

Para la esponja:

100 g de harina de fuerza

65 g de leche

1 g de levadura fresca de panadería

Masa de la trenza:

275 g de harina de fuerza

75 g de leche entera

30 g de azúcar moreno

1 huevo

70 g de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente

Para el relleno:

1 potito de vegebaby manzana

Para terminar:

1 huevo para pintar

Almendra troceada

 

PREPARACIÓN TRENZA DE MANZANA:

Para preparar la esponja, mezclar la harina con la leche y la levadura, hacer una bola (no hace falta amasar), tapar y dejar fermentar toda la noche.

 

Para la masa de la trenza, mezclar la esponja con todos los demás ingredientes excepto la mantequilla, amasar durante 1 minuto dejar reposar durante 10 minutos y volver a amasar de nuevo durante otro minuto más.

 

Añadir la mantequilla en dos veces, amasando hasta que se integre.

 

Continuar amasando hasta que la masa esté fina y elástica. Hacer una bola, tapar y dejar fermentar hasta que doble su volumen.

 

Volcar la masa sobre la mesa enharinada y aplastar con las manos para desgasificarla. Extender en forma de rectángulo, con la ayuda de un rodillo, de manera que sobresalga un poco por el largo de nuestro molde.

 

Extender el potito de vegebaby manzana por encima, dejando un margen por los lados para que después no se salga.

 

Enrollar la masa sin apretar y sellar por los extremos con agua. Después cortar el rollo por la mitad a lo largo y hacer una trenza dejando la parte del corte hacia arriba.

 

Colocar la trenza en el molde, dejar que doble su volumen tapada,  pintar con huevo y espolvorear con almendra troceada por encima.

 

Hornear a 190ºC durante 45 minutos o hasta que esté doradito.

    Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is important and everything.
